The database was amazing, with luxurious features and maintained to a very high standard. the room was very spacious with a lovely ensuite and I slept well on a comfy double bed.

The only minor downside was that the database could use some more updated features to enhance the overall experience.

I absolutely adored the beautiful decoration throughout the house, especially the charming conservatory where I enjoyed my morning tea. the easy accessibility from the front door to the lovely rear conservatory made it very convenient for us senior folks to move around comfortably.

More assistance for seniors would be lovely from the children working there.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming guesthouse situated in a peaceful location. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a stunning view of well-maintained gardens. The bed was huge and comfortable. The host warmly greeted us with homemade cakes and tea upon arrival. The breakfast offered a delightful selection, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, and a delicious cooked breakfast. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and local shops within walking distance. The locals were friendly and welcoming.

Our only complaint was the limited car parking space.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with ample storage in the room, well-appointed tea and coffee making facilities, and a beautiful lounge overlooking the lovely garden. The location in this lovely garden was perfect and the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city. In addition, Mandy's house and garden were absolutely fantastic, with a variety of wildlife including a resident owl. Mandy offered us homemade cakes and tea/coffee on arrival. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, with generous portions. The staff was friendly and the whole experience was outstanding.

We recently had an exceptional stay at a luxurious 5-star hotel in Northumberland. the private facilities provided were exclusive and fulfilled all our needs. the room advantages were amazing with tasteful decor and high standard fittings, and the garden area was beautiful and very well cared for. the service provided by the staff was attentive but unobtrusive. We had a wonderful choice of breakfast daily that was beautifully prepared and presented.

Despite all the luxurious amenities and outstanding service, there was a minor issue with the room's cleanliness which was not up to our expectations. Though the room was well equipped with a good choice of beverages and toiletries, there were some areas which could have been spotlessly clean.

The breakfast was decent and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. the location of the hotel was also convenient as it was close to the town center and several shops. the room had a nice view of the surroundings from the window, which was enjoyable.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to scratch. the bathroom had a musty smell and was not as clean as expected.

The personal welcome and offer of afternoon tea served on the verandah with a view of the beautiful garden was a delightful start to our stay. The room was impeccably furnished, with a repeat view of the gardens that added a touch of serenity. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were simply fantastic. Everything was immaculately clean, from the spotless shower to the fully functional facilities. We also loved the ample selection of quality toiletries provided. Additionally, the breakfast selection was a highlight, with a wide range of options including delicious vegetarian choices. And let's not forget the Northumbrian specialty of locally smoked kippers with poached eggs - an absolute treat!

The only negative we had was that our stay couldn't be longer. We wished we could have savored the stunning surroundings and enjoyed the exceptional hospitality for a little bit more.
