I booked this B&B for my mum and dad to celebrate my mum's 80th birthday. They were so well looked after. The owner went over and above to make sure they were okay. Both enjoyed their breakfast and their stay very much. A quiet, clean, and friendly B&B. Exceptional property, Pearl, the owner, is a perfect host, helpful. Property is very clean and decorated to a high standard, excellent breakfast, and bedrooms very comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. Perfect location and within 5 mins of town centre. Car parking facilities on site.

Can recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the river and town center. It was in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kettle and plenty of towels in the ensuite bathroom. The host was friendly and provided valuable information about the area. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including coffee, juice, toast, cereal, fruit salad.

The heating in the room was not controllable, making the evenings quite chilly.

We had a delightful stay at this B&B in Inverness. Fairfield Villa, our accommodation, was spotless and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. the host, Pearl, was welcoming and provided us with lots of helpful advice on where to go and what to see. the continental breakfast delivered to our room was delicious and we also appreciated the thoughtful snack bag for our onward journey. the off-street parking and convenient location were additional perks of our stay. We highly recommend Fairfield Villa for anyone visiting Inverness.
