Our stay at Fairmont was a great value for the money. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The location was stunning, with a nice relaxing ambience as soon as you walked in. The staff treated us amazingly and were very accommodating.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider selection of menu options.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service and amenities. the staff provided excellent customer service and even surprised us with an anniversary gift. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious, with a yogurt bar and omelette bar. the hotel's location, near the coast and with a golf course, added to its charm and beauty.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. the room service was lacking, with no slippers provided and a cheap-looking room compared to previous visits.

Coffee machine issue.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch, and the gym was well-equipped for our fitness needs. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the courteous staff and stunning building. The choice of on-site restaurants meant we didn't have to leave the hotel. The hotel is located outside St Andrews, offering great sea views. It is advisable to have a car to fully explore the area. The twin room is spacious with ample space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in lovely surroundings. The beds and pillows were very comfy, and the bathrooms were very luxurious. The sticky toffee pudding was excellent. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

We were given two complimentary bottles of wine and the room had a beautiful view. the location was great as it was near a lot of things to do. the breakfast buffet was also amazing.

The food and drinks were expensive and not worth the price. the staff couldn't seem to keep the room clean, as there were noticeable areas that were not cleaned properly.

The breakfast staff were excellent, especially the woman managing the egg area. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, providing restaurant recommendations and making a reservation. The room had extra touches and great views. The spa was relaxing and not crowded. The bus service to town was convenient, though it could run later.
