Our stay at Fairmont was a great value for the money. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The location was stunning, with a nice relaxing ambience as soon as you walked in. The staff treated us amazingly and were very accommodating.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider selection of menu options.

Coffee machine issue.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch, and the gym was well-equipped for our fitness needs. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the courteous staff and stunning building. The choice of on-site restaurants meant we didn't have to leave the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in lovely surroundings. The beds and pillows were very comfy, and the bathrooms were very luxurious. The sticky toffee pudding was excellent. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

We were given two complimentary bottles of wine and the room had a beautiful view. The location was great as it was near a lot of things to do. The breakfast buffet was also amazing.

The food and drinks were expensive and not worth the price. The staff couldn't seem to keep the room clean, as there were noticeable areas that were not cleaned properly.
