Stayed at a stunning hotel with well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds, and a gorgeous bathroom. the staff was top-notch, friendly, and helpful. They even provided a toddler-sized bathrobe, slippers, and toiletry kit for our kiddo! the meals were fantastic, and the continental breakfast had an extensive array of options to choose from, the biggest buffet I've ever seen. Can't wait to visit again in the future.

We had booked two rooms online, but when we arrived, they claimed the rooms were still being cleaned. It took a whopping three hours for us to finally get our rooms, and even then, it was clear that they had other available rooms earlier but chose not to give them to us.

Our unexpected stay at Fairmont was a result of a flight cancellation, but the hotel staff handled it with grace. The grounds, gardens, main building, common areas, and rooms were all outstanding. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's design was beautiful, and the world-class spa was a bonus. The head doorman, Tony, was a true gem and went above and beyond to make our special occasion memorable.

The main restaurant was fully booked for dinner, which meant we had to eat in the coffee shop instead.

The location was easy to get to, with plenty of parking available.

Great hotel facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool and spa area. the hotel itself was new and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms.

Some areas of the hotel were cold, especially the public areas with the marble floors. There were also issues with the toilet not flushing properly and a lack of seating near a mirror for doing hair and makeup.

The facilities at Fairmont were absolutely fantastic. The state-of-the-art gym equipment made it a pleasure to work out during my stay. The beautiful lobby area and well-appointed rooms created a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The spa treatment area was perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the location was convenient with ample parking available.

Although there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, such as slow service in the bar and a slight hiccup with the room not being ready, my personal experience at Fairmont was very positive. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that any issues were resolved promptly.
