The hotel was very clean, quiet, and friendly. Our room had a lovely en-suite bath & shower. Tea & coffee making facilities were provided. The location, although not in the city center, was in a quiet residential street close to a walkway and the Botanical Gardens.

We got great value for our money at Falcon Crest Guest House. The room was clean and bright, with a comfortable bed and plenty of power points. The location was convenient, just a short bus ride from the city center. The staff treated us very well and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered us a drop off when our taxi didn't show up on time. Plus, the fact that they are dog friendly was a huge bonus for us and our German Shepherd was happy too!

The morning meal could be improved with a small tag or plastic plate indicating where to swipe your hand to activate the mirror sensor in the bathroom.
