I recently stayed at a lovely lodge in a great location. The room was tastefully decorated, clean, and cozy, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast menu, which offered unique choices like smoked salmon and avocados. The cooked breakfast was exceptional, not greasy at all, and the selection of cereals, yogurt, nuts. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this lodge.

One minor downside was the location of the lodge on a steep hill, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues. Additionally, for someone like me with respiratory problems, the uphill walk from town proved to be a little challenging.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this place and it was pretty great! The breakfast was quite delicious and we really liked the location as it was within walking distance to town. The staff was always helpful which made our stay much more comfortable.

The room was quite small and cramped which made it difficult to move around. The heating system in the room was pretty weak so we felt cold most of the time and the main road outside the hotel was quite noisy which made it difficult to get much sleep.

The hotel itself was impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The breakfast spread offered plenty of delicious choices. We had a great stay at Ferndale Lodge in Torquay. The location was very central, making it easy for us to explore the town. The breakfasts were delicious with a fantastic selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, and a cooked breakfast that was top-notch. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing in the patio area after a day of exploring. The guest kitchen was also a handy convenience. I highly recommend this hotel.
