The hotel's location is perfect, as it is as close to the main area as we thought. It is not far from the beach of Lyme Regis, allowing us to easily enjoy the seaside. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice sized bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying, giving us a great start to the day. the hotel had great facilities and offered a pleasant stay.

The ensuite shower room was slightly small, but still lovely and clean.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent value for money with a nicely decorated, clean room and a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to Lyme Regis through the woods and golf course. The staff were friendly, helpful and always had a cheerful attitude, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.

The breakfast option could have been better if the music playing during meal times was more suitable for the guests. Heavy rock music may not have been appreciated by the majority of the guests, who were of an older age group.

I had a fantastic experience at a charming hotel near the sea. The non-chain establishment had high-quality rooms, excellent service, and a lovely site. The staff couldn't do enough to make my stay enjoyable, and the building itself had grand features. I highly recommend this hotel.

Delicious cake and homemade biscuits provided. Excellent staff and beautiful location with scenic countryside walk. Easy parking and comfortable spaces to relax. Great for visiting River Cottage, Charmouth, and Lyme Regis. Lovely outdoor pool and nice bar and dining areas.

Our weekend stay was delightful. the room was spacious and immaculately presented, with White Company toiletries and fresh flowers. the breakfast was excellent and had a variety of choices, including a vegetarian option. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, which were only a few minutes away by car. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained gardens.

One negative aspect was the slow and inconsistent Wi-Fi connection, which was included in the room amenities but did not work well enough for our needs. the parking area was small and there were limited spaces available, which made it difficult to find a spot during peak times.

I got a lot of value for my money at Fernhill Hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and had a comfy bed. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location was peaceful and convenient, with easy access to surrounding areas through the nearby bus service. Would definitely stay here again!

During our stay, we found the location of the hotel to be ideal for exploring the beautiful seaside towns and villages in the area. It was a short drive to all the local beauty spots such as Beer, West Bay, Seaton, and Bridport. The room itself was very comfortable with a soft bed and good bedding. The bathroom was adequate and well-supplied with necessities. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. The hotel also had pleasant grounds and a convenient bus stop just outside, allowing for easy trips to Lyme Regis or Charmouth without having to worry about parking.

One downside we experienced was the front entrance and Entrance Vestibule, which lacked a welcoming atmosphere. The structural, visual, and design aspects of these areas need to be seriously considered to make them more inviting for guests.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and treated to a delightful spread of tea and cake. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay, offering attentive and friendly service. My room was comfortable, although the bathroom was on the smaller side. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional food served in both the restaurant and bar. The bar, in particular, had a bright and airy atmosphere that I truly enjoyed.

The bathroom had a world-class bath with a great shower and always had plenty of hot water. We also appreciated the ceiling fan and the opening window, adding to the comfort of our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
