I couldn't be happier with the value for money at this hotel. The room was fantastic and the location couldn't be any better. The staff treated me with so much kindness and warmth throughout my stay.

The breakfast selection could have been a little more varied.

The location is very convenient, being so close to the city centre. There are supermarkets like Tesco express and Waitrose just across the street, making it easy to grab any essentials. The room was clean and well-decorated, with a big comfortable bed and a spacious en suite bathroom. The host was welcoming and available to answer any questions. The house also had great facilities like WiFi and parking.

The keysafe was a bit difficult to operate.

The noise from the boiler in my room was a bit bothersome, especially when someone in the house used the bathroom. Additionally, the shower door in the bathroom was too short, causing water to spill onto the floor.

The kitchen was not well-stocked and there was even expired milk left for guests to use. This was quite off-putting and made us question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the hotel.

turi house was a perfect stay - clean, comfortable, and like having a private home in canterbury. the owner went above and beyond, helping with parking and letting me keep my luggage. the kitchen and common areas were a nice touch too.

Parking charges were unexpected.
