Just stayed at this lovely new B&B in a great location. Fernleigh Bed & Breakfast is a short walk away from Robin Hoods Bay, with a pub nearby for food and more options in the bay itself. the property has been recently renovated and the modern facilities are very clean. the hosts, Chris and Jane, were welcoming and made me feel at home. the en-suite room was well-appointed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the breakfast options were delicious, with fresh fruit salad and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. If you're planning a trip to RHB, I highly recommend Fernleigh Bed & Breakfast.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is just a five-minute walk from the center of a charming coastal town. There are plenty of lovely pubs and restaurants to visit nearby, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful area of Robin Hood's Bay and the nearby town of Whitby. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and contain excellent showers. The attention to detail is evident, with lovely white and immaculately ironed tablecloths at breakfast, and extra niceties such as flannels and scented washing products. The staff, Jane and Chris, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of options including a full English and vegetarian choices. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money and provides a clean and modern experience with friendly and helpful owners.

There are also two hotel bars and restaurants within easy reach, making it convenient for dining options. The comfortable beds and well-decorated rooms ensure a pleasant stay, with the added bonus of a freshened room and refilled refreshments while guests are out. The breakfast options are extensive, ranging from fresh berries with cereal to a full English with freshly brewed coffee.
