We loved the location of this hotel. It was close to Covent Garden tube station and in a great area with lots of restaurants and shops. It was also conveniently located near everything we needed to do during our short stay in this city. The hotel was situated on a lovely boulevard off the main roads, so we didn't have to worry about any traffic noise. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

Hard to think of anything negative about our stay at the hotel.

This place is amazing. The location is perfect, just off the main market square down a quiet pedestrian street. The service is incredible with staff available at all times. The room amenities include everything I need, from ironing facilities to air conditioning and a sitting area with a dining table. The toiletries provided are first-rate, and the television and am/fm alarm clock round out the excellent entertainment options.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this quaint hotel in a fabulous location. The staff were very friendly and the 24-hour reception made us feel safe. The hotel is located in the center of Covent Garden, just steps away from restaurants and bars. We found the room to be comfortable and the shower was large. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were upgraded recently. It was easy to walk to the hotel from the tube station, making it convenient to visit the Opera.

So, my partner and I went on a romantic weekend getaway, and the hotel location was so perfect! We were right in the middle of everything, with tons of shops and restaurants around us. Plus, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They even left a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in our room, which was a really nice touch.

The room was quite small, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. We also had some trouble with the noise from the street outside and the other guests in the hotel.

I had requested a bath as well as a shower when I booked, but unfortunately, we only had a shower. Despite this, the shower was very good. The location of the hotel was excellent, just around the corner from the Royal Opera House and a short walk to Covent Garden and the river Thames. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel.
