The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, arranging a table for a surprise family gathering. The room was modern and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel provided a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early. it was an amazing experience with excellent service, great food, and comfortable accommodations.

Stayed here for a romantic escape for one night. the room was cleaned and sanitized properly, and the bed was comfortable. the location was great, near to some excellent spots and amenities. the food was delicious, with big serving sizes. the staff was good, friendly, and helpful.

The room was too small, with no extra space for storage or shelving. Honestly, it felt quite claustrophobic.

The location was great, especially for mountain biking in Hamsterley. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, even catching a spider for me!

Breakfast included cooked options - FULL English, Smoked Salmon, Eggs Benedict. Compact, sound insulated room. Clean property. Lovely breakfast service staff.

The hotel's location was also convenient, being close to Barnard Castle and the events I attended in the area.
