I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the beach right outside my window. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa facilities were top-notch, particularly the pool which was the perfect temperature. It was a truly relaxing experience, and I didn't want to leave!

We loved the stunning ocean views from our balcony room and the beautiful beach just steps away. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the buffet breakfast was delicious with a high standard of cooked options. The location was convenient, only a short drive to Newquay city center with lots of activities to enjoy. As people who love karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find plenty of entertainment options nearby.

This hotel offers a great location, with easy access to entertainment and attractions for large coach parties in the next bay along. The staff members, particularly one in the restaurant, were impressive, providing excellent service. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the center. The rooms were spacious and clean, with stunning views of the sea from the windows. The bathrooms were luxurious, with plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered great spa facilities for guests to enjoy.

While the hotel had many positives, there was one aspect that could be improved - the size of the robes and flip flops provided. Some guests, especially those taller in height, found them to be small and uncomfortable.

The "Best Double Room" we booked was worth the extra cost, with a stunning view of the bay from the double balcony and a luxurious free-standing bath. The spa facilities were relaxing, and we enjoyed a wonderful spa treatment. The hotel had a relaxed vibe, and the staff in the restaurant were friendly. The location of the hotel, right on the edge of the seafront, was perfect for our romantic getaway. We would definitely come back for another stay at this lovely hotel.

My partner and I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for our anniversary. We opted for the sea view upgrade and were delighted with our decision. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully furnished, with all the necessary facilities. We were just a short 5-minute walk away from Fistral beach, which was ideal. I absolutely loved the option of having orange juice with Prosecco at breakfast, and the pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were a great addition to our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly valued. They even surprised us with complimentary anniversary chocolates and a card in our upgraded room, which had breathtaking views of the bay from both the bedroom and the bath. The outstanding customer service throughout our stay was truly remarkable.

my recent stay in newquay was amazing! fistral beach hotel and spa was beyond my expectations. the reception staff were so helpful and replaced my lost room key. the room was clean and had all the amenities i needed. the full body massage was a highlight, kerry did an excellent job!

Slow service at the bar, had to wait for drinks and food.
