Fantastic location, spotless and cosy apartment, attentive and helpful host, well-equipped for families, great value for money.

the flat exceeded our expectations with its lovely and cosy atmosphere, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Its perfect location, just steps away from the beach and main high street, made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The host, Marie, was attentive and even allowed us to check in early. We can't wait to stay again!

no second bathroom for larger groups

My family and I recently stayed at Flat 1 Teneriffe for a short getaway. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from the beach through a secret passage. The fresh white Egyptian cotton sheets on the beds were luxurious, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The owners were friendly and provided excellent communication. We also appreciated the lovely welcome basket upon arrival. We will definitely keep an eye out for availability to stay here again.

Our family had a fantastic stay in a spacious and clean flat just steps away from the beachfront and all amenities. The hosts were welcoming and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. The flat was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a thoughtful welcome pack. We loved the location, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the shops and cafes on Marine Parade. The flat was perfect for our small kids, with games, DVDs, and baby-friendly plates and cups. We can't wait to come back and have already recommended it to friends.

Some door handles and the front door lock were a bit wobbly and challenging to use at first.

The noise from the builders working on the property upstairs. They were quite loud and woke us up early in the morning.

We booked this lovely little flat for a last-minute getaway with the children. The accommodation was spotless, cosy, and had a delightful welcome hamper. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring everything was perfect for us. The location was fantastic, with two different exits leading to the high street and the promenade and beach. We couldn't fault a thing and would definitely recommend this flat to others.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. the beds and pillows were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the kitchen was well equipped, with a variety of utensils and even plastic sets for picnics. the location was perfect, with two entrances that provided easy access to the beach and the main high street. Everything, including cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. the host was attentive and even provided a lovely welcome basket.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the noise from the builders working on the property upstairs. They were extremely noisy, waking us up early in the morning with their talking, walking around, and general building work noises.
