We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location in a quiet residential area near the promenade leading into the city was perfect. The staff here were excellent and provided us with outstanding service, always responding to our requests patiently and in a friendly manner. The room amenities were great, with a comfortable sitting area, a terrace with garden furniture, and a selection of free toiletries. The restaurant on-site served delicious meals, both for breakfast and dinner, and the staff there were attentive and helpful. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the sun terrace and access to the beach. this place exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning!

During my recent stay at the Florence House Boutique, I was delighted by the quaint and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was tastefully done and created a warm and inviting ambiance.

Although parking was a bit challenging, I was fortunate enough to secure a spot in the on-site car park. However, I understand that free parking permits are provided for street parking nearby.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is very close to the seafront at Southsea. Guests can enjoy the beach and sea just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable, with very comfortable beds and a good-sized room. The breakfast provided is delicious and adds to the overall positive experience of the stay.

The shower in some rooms may have some issues, such as not staying in the holder properly or coming out at a funny angle, which could be a bit inconvenient.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the warm and friendly staff. the breakfast offered a lot of choices and was nicely cooked; the room was well-presented, with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. the hotel owned a public house with good food and reasonable prices.

local residents were angry, saying it's not good for them to park there and our car got scratched. the room we wanted was already given away, and the upgraded one had an older decoration style that didn't match.

We stayed at Florence House Boutique for one night after a cross-channel ferry crossing. The staff was excellent and made us feel at home. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a clean and functional bathroom. The breakfasts were delicious, and we also enjoyed the meals at the Gastro pub. It was great to have a parking space reserved for us. a lovely stay in a brilliant location.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our Christmas stay extra special. the room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the breakfast offered a wide range of choices and was freshly made, which we really enjoyed. Another advantage was the convenient location, close to attractions and restaurants.

Finding parking in the surrounding streets was quite difficult, especially when we arrived in the evening. We had to park quite far away from the hotel and walk back in the rain, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is in a peaceful location and the garden looked lovely, even though we didn't have a chance to use it. I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city center and enjoy the beautiful beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two armchairs for added convenience.The breakfast served in the immaculately presented dining room was outstanding.

The hotel staff was not very helpful when it came to providing a cot mattress.
