The room was clean, comfortable, and had lovely linen. Easy key pickup with a safe and quick checkout. The bed was more comfortable than mine at home. Convenient location for picking up our puppy in Port Wakefield.

The hotel's location in the main centre of Port Augusta is unbeatable. It's so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and attractions. Plus, being in such a central location makes it easy to explore the area and make the most of your stay.

My stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent, and the provision of shampoo, body wash, and body moisturizer was a nice touch. The fridge was spacious and quiet, and the TV had a great picture quality. The cabin was clean and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of red wine. There were plenty of activities for kids in the park, making it a great place for families.

It would be helpful if the hotel installed repeaters to improve the signal in the motel side of the complex.

The location of this holiday park is very convenient, as it is close to everything. It is within easy access to tourist attractions and the town, making it a great base for exploring. The park is also near Arthur's cafe, which is a nice option for dining. The cabins provide a clean and fresh stay, and some even have the advantage of being able to cook meals.

The facilities and rooms may be outdated and in need of renovation.

We had a great time spending our Xmas holiday here. the little surprises in our cabin were lovely, we felt very welcomed. the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants but still felt secluded. the park was well-maintained with a variety of facilities to enjoy, including a pool. We especially loved the outdoor BBQ areas, which made for a fun and social experience.

The noise from some of the neighboring guests was distracting at times, but that's to be expected in any holiday park. We also had some minor issues with staff, particularly the cleaning lady who entered our room without warning.

The staff took pride in providing a enjoyable experience. The park had a visible security presence, making us feel safe. The location was perfect for exploring the outback and the Eyre peninsula.
