I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was just around the corner from the Cavern quarter and within walking distance of all the main shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and always on hand to assist with anything I needed. The interior of the building was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The service was top-notch, from the informative and relaxed reception staff to the prompt delivery of a delicious breakfast each morning. I even received a surprise birthday treat for my partner, which was a lovely touch. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back.
