Omg, the location was perfect, right opposite the station 🚉! but room was noisy due to extractor fan. the staff were awesome, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had unusual items 🥐. I loved it! 😍.

We had a fabulous stay at this stylish and spacious hotel. The room set up was very nice, and despite the issue with the radiators, we received a discount for the inconvenience. The breakfast and breakfast staff were exceptional, and the meals served at the restaurant were absolutely delicious. We were also impressed by the friendly and accommodating service from the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us during our stay. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the delicious food served in the restaurant, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

There were a couple of aspects that left us disappointed. the portion sizes of the meals were quite small and did not offer good value for money.

Had a great Christmas experience at this hotel. The food was fantastic, with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The entertainment was lively and perfect for a festive get-together. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation. The function room was spacious and great for accommodating our large group of both adults and children. The hotel also offered a car park, which was very helpful during the busy holiday season.

The heating in some of the rooms was an issue, with some guests struggling to stay warm, but portable heaters were provided upon request. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited to hot dishes, with some guests looking for lighter options like cereal and fresh fruit. despite these minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel for a festive gathering or any other occasion.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a great atmosphere. the breakfast was delicious and the bed was extremely comfortable. the hotel's elegant decor was impressive, although it showed some signs of wear. the staff were delightful, especially the manager who provided hands-on training. Surprisingly, despite its central location, the hotel was quiet and I was even awakened by the sweet sound of birdsong. Plus, it was conveniently located near the station and the high street, making it a perfect choice for our family room.

This place provided us with a very comfortable room and enhanced our stay with their luxurious amenities. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the food offered was tasty. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch, and we appreciated the complimentary water. The room itself was lovely, with a nice large white towels and a free-standing mirror. The hotel also provided excellent room service from the bar without any extra charge, making our stay even more convenient. this hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

Stayed at the hotel for a business trip, and it was perfect. Conveniently located near the railway station, with a Tesco and Sainsbury next door. Easy access to the NEC without dealing with peak hour traffic. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly replacing a damaged TV in the room. The King Room was comfortable and had its own stair access. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the restaurant served delicious food. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my overseas colleagues.
