Love how the staff go out of their way to help and the spot is so close to everything you need, just perfect for getting around. the rooms are cozy and the bedding is top-notch, really a nice spot to chill out after a full day exploring. the only gripe is having to hand in the room key every time you leave, kind of a pain but didn't ruin my experience 😊.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the city which makes it so easy to explore the different parts of the city. The staff is very courteous and hospitable, and the amenities are great with 3 single beds perfect for our group. Even the breakfast offered was good - I particularly enjoyed their homemade version of chorizo!

My recent stay at The Maxwell Hotel was fantastic. I was in Cebu for a few days and the hotel's location was perfect for my needs. It was within walking distance to Ayala or just a quick 5-minute ride away. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also want to give a special shout-out to the staff who cleaned our room on the second day. I accidentally left my ring behind and when I came back, it was still there. I appreciate their honest service and attention to detail.

The complimentary wifi and breakfast were nice. the location was close to a shopping mall and restaurants. It was great that they had a pool for guests to use.

The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work properly. the room wasn't very clean and there was a weird smell.
