We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated outside of the complex but very close to the beach, offering stunning views. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful terrace overlooking the heavily packed restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service.

We still had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The only slight downside was that the bar didn't offer simple snacks like peanuts or crisps to go along with our drinks. We were looking forward to enjoying some snacks while enjoying our time at the bar, but unfortunately, they weren't available.

We were also pleasantly surprised that our room was ready when we arrived early, allowing us to check in right away.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Southport and were pleased with the location, which was close to the beach and other attractions. The recently refurbished bar area was not impressive, but the staff were working hard to make sure everything was completed. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast offered a warm full English buffet with a good selection.

The steam room down by the pool area was not up to par.

Maintenance of the steam room and sauna needs improvement.

We loved the lovely views of the golf course from our room and the spaciousness of the room itself. The bedding on the large and comfortable bed was great. The hotel's reception and bar areas were nice and the staff there were really lovely. We also enjoyed the casual meals from the bar, which had a variety of menus. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent.

The breakfast was delicious too. The spa was big with various steam rooms and treatments, all reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

The spa facilities were great and the room was top-notch. The location was also perfect for a romantic escape, surrounded by beautiful grounds. The food was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

There were some issues that detracted from our experience. The lockers in the changing rooms were broken, which was frustrating.

The rooms were spacious and perfect for relaxing. The decor throughout the resort was lovely, and the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, and the bathroom had a powerful shower. Although I didn't have the chance to use the pool, it looked inviting. a wonderful experience.
