Very near to the town centre and railway station. All bedrooms were ensuite and had TVs. Nice outside space. Free wifi.

the room was nicely designed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed, including a smart TV with Netflix. the host was very responsive and quickly resolved a minor issue with the lighting. the location was great, just two stations away from the city center or a 15-minute walk. I would highly recommend Franklin Lodge for a business trip or a relaxing stay in Reading.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with sparkling clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel had all the necessary amenities, including TV, WiFi, and hairdryer, and even provided toiletries and a fan. The staff were responsive and quickly resolved any issues I had. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town centre and railway station. I especially appreciated the quietness of the area and the nice outside space.

Great size, 4 large bedrooms with en-suites. Good location, 20-25 min walk to festival. Clean with a garden. Quick response to issues. Quiet area. Near town center and railway station. Nicely decorated. All bedrooms have en-suites and TVs. Free wifi. Well-equipped kitchen. Welcome pack provided. Close to shops and pubs. Comfortable and well-equipped for a family group. Affordable compared to hotel rooms. Highly recommended.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved my stay at Franklin Lodge. The 4 en-suite double bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, from TV and WiFi to a hairdryer and toiletries. The kitchen was fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, and the cupboards were neatly labeled for easy access. The welcome pack provided a nice touch, with tea, coffee, cereals, milk. The location was perfect, with small food shops nearby and a CAMRA rated pub just around the corner. I also appreciated the quietness of the area and the pleasant neighbors.

Felt incredibly welcomed during my stay at Franklin Lodge. There was nothing to complain about.
