The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable. It's just a short walk to major museums and attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. the staff here are really friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Plus, the price is absolutely amazing for what you get. the rooms are beautifully designed with tall ceilings, and the beds are so comfortable that you'll have a great night's sleep. the heated bathroom floors are a fantastic bonus, and the showers have excellent water pressure.

The single rooms here are quite cramped, with noisy air conditioning units. the shower rooms could do with better ventilation as they sometimes have a damp smell.

We stayed near museums, many good restaurants and pubs. The train station was conveniently close by. Parking was easy at the end of the street in a monitored park. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bathroom was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a great variety, and the view was fantastic from some rooms. We enjoyed using the fitness center and free Wi-Fi.

One of the lifts was out of order, making it inconvenient to get to some floors.

We loved staying at this hotel, which was located in a peaceful area and near museums in the area. The staff were nice and tried to help within what management allowed, and they provided excellent service. Our room was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the underfloor heating in the bathroom and being able to survey the world from the balcony in the morning. We also appreciated having access to amenities like air conditioning, in-room safe, and the bar/lounge area.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with the Natural History Museum just across the road and other attractions like Harrods and the Royal Albert Hall within walking distance. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Despite having a small single room, it was clean and exactly what I needed, especially considering the price.

Noisy airco, couldn't sleep.

We loved the location - steps away from South Ken tube station and the National History Museum. The staff were helpful, and we received complementary water every day. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was warm with a lovely shower and fluffy white towels. The hotel is near restaurants and close to Hyde Park.

Felt like visiting family, no complaint.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the tube station and close to popular attractions like the Museum of Natural History and Victoria & Albert Museum. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept well. The hotel staff were very helpful and even looked after our suitcase so we could explore Kew Gardens. Additionally, there were some fantastic restaurants nearby and Muriel's Kitchen became our go-to spot for brunch.

For the price we paid, the value we got was amazing. The room, although a bit dated, was spotless and incredibly comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and gave us great local information. Plus, the location was perfect, right across the street from the dinosaurs!

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome of the staff and the delicious breakfast they offered. Two little complementary facts that made my stay more enjoyable! the hotel is also located in the heart of the city, which made it easy for me to go the shops and to all the tourist attractions. Finally, one of the best aspects of my stay was the comfortable bed which allowed me to rest and recharge my batteries for my city explorations.

The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear my neighbours. However, I believe that this is a common issue in many hotels.
