Comfortable room, convenient location, with just a 5-minute walk to the South Kensington tube station and a spacious shower that had excellent water pressure, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Couldn't fault.

The location near major attractions made my travels easy. I felt welcomed by the friendly staff, who provided complimentary drinks in my room. The cozy atmosphere added to the charm, especially after a long day of exploring.

However, I encountered issues with the Wi-Fi connection that left me frustrated. There were also minor amenities missing in the bathroom, which made me think about the little details that could have improved the experience.

such a charming facade, unfortunatley the interiors are overlooked. i was put in an internal room, more fit for storage, than a deluxe suite. shameful! and no bathmat in sight! as if i’m not entitled to basic amenities like a clean bathroom. i almost thought about giving a positive review, but just couldn’t, wouldn’t recommend this place.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the tube. The en-suite bathroom had heated floors, making it so cozy! Also loved the clean rooms and the beautiful area. A big shoutout to Mohammed for being super helpful during my stay!

We received a free upgrade to a spacious Deluxe room that included a cozy couch! The staff were incredibly friendly, and I loved the area—just a short walk to the Natural History Museum. Breakfast the following day was complimentary and delightful. A truly pleasant stay with welcoming service and beautiful surroundings!

my stay was slightly less than acceptable. being assigned a room with a broken lift was quite the inconvenience, and i must admit, the characterless box of a room could've used a splash of color. a warm welcome gift woudl ve been lovely after such discomfort. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Great location near the tube and museums! With five teenagers in tow, the spacious rooms made it easy for everyone to relax. The staff, especially Alessandra at the front desk, were super helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We loved the beautiful interior design.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was super convenient, so much to explore nearby! The room was small for two, which was a bit cramped. I loved the decor, though—it had character! Staff was on point, really friendly. The breakfast options nearby were awesome too, fresh pastries every morning. Just wish the shower had better pressure.

The building's exterior is stunning and well decorated. The shower was very narrow and slippery.
