There was nothing I didn't like.

During my recent stay at Gallows Hill, I was immediately greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from the owners. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for my family of five. The attention to detail throughout the bed and breakfast was evident, and I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners. The location of the property was also excellent, surrounded by picturesque grounds. I highly recommend a stay at Gallows Hill.

As a budget traveler, I was impressed with the affordable rates and value for money at this charming B&B. The spacious 2-bedroom suite was perfect for my family of 4, with comfy beds and a large bathroom. The continental breakfast served to our room was a delightful treat, with a variety of options including pastries, fruits, yogurts, and even sweets for the kids. The beautiful grounds provided ample space to relax and for the children to play, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing stay at this charming bed & breakfast in the Scarborough countryside. the room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the host was friendly and even let our daughter play around in the lovely grounds. the breakfast was delicious, with some special treats for our little one. We enjoyed exploring nearby Whitby and Filey, and the location was perfect for that. the rooms were tastefully decorated and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms at this historical Georgian property. The high-quality furniture and fittings, along with the comfortable beds, made our stay even more enjoyable. The huge bathroom with a bath and shower was a bonus. The continental breakfast served to our room door was delicious and filling, with a great selection of croissants, pastries, fruits. The hosts, Clarissa and Barry, were the friendliest and most accommodating hosts we have ever met.

One drawback was that the windows were old and single glazed, so there was some condensation and we couldn't open them. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a variety of breakfast options, such as a crusty bread roll instead of all pastries.
