The Woodhouse Hotel in Largs exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable - from the clean and spacious room to the delicious breakfast served piping hot. Secondly, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the seafront and town center. And lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, their friendly and knowledgeable service truly stood out. We also loved the added bonus of having a balcony overlooking the beer garden, perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening.

I absolutely loved the friendly atmosphere of this hotel. The staff, especially Yasmine, were incredibly helpful and made my stay so enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and amenities, and the beer garden was a lovely sun trap where I could unwind. The rooms were comfortable, and I slept really well during my stay. The views from the balcony were stunning, particularly during the mesmerizing sunset over the sea.

The location of the hotel, although a little further from the center, was ideal for a seaside holiday stay, with the added advantage of parking available.

We stayed in a lovely hotel in a nice quiet area, reasonably close to town centre. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and fluffy towels in the bathroom. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was top class, with good quality ingredients perfectly cooked. The hotel also had ample off-street parking and a beautiful garden to relax in.

The shower was not fantastic.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach, the center of town, and even the ferry to The Isle of Cumbrae. You can even catch a glimpse of the sea from the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing us with a twin room, a travel cot, and even an extra heater when the room was a bit cold. The breakfast, despite the cook's absence, was top class - made with good quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and very substantial.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

We had a really nice stay in this hotel during our city trip. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was plentiful and filling, featuring a freshly cooked full breakfast and a variety of cereals and fresh fruit. It was also located in a central area that made it easy for us to explore the town. Another great feature was the fact that we were allowed to bring in our own food and we could ask for the cutlery needed to enjoy our meal.

The room that we stayed in was in need of some upgrading. Although this was an issue, it didn't affect our stay too much, and we would return for the other many benefits we enjoyed.
