The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious food. the room was also very comfortable, with a cozy bed and plenty of space. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, as it was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities.

There were a few disappointing aspects during my stay. the shower in my room was not working properly, despite reporting it to the staff.

We were delighted with our stay here. This place is located in a very nice area inside a mall, which makes it convenient for shopping and dining. The service provided was exceptional, from room service and dry cleaning to housekeeping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had a great selection of shops and commercial services. We made use of the laundry and taxi service which was very convenient. Our room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including an ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We loved the terrace and in-room safe facilities.

The location of this hotel is excellent, especially if you are attending a conference at the Vox Conference Centre. Everything you need, from shops to bars to restaurants, is within easy access without even having to step outside. The hotel facilities, including the casino and rooftop bar, add to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay. The staff, particularly Amelia who checked me in, were pleasant and helpful. The room was nicely presented, with a lovely bathroom and basic amenities like an iron and ironing board. The spa was a nice bonus, with not too many people so you can fully enjoy the facilities. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very quiet.

As young travelers, we loved the convenience of having everything we needed in one place - from a variety of dining options to a cinema and shopping center. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa provided a truly relaxing experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. With plenty of things to do and see, this hotel is perfect for a couple of days away.

That the price was a bit high due to the Commonwealth games. However, considering the brilliant facilities, clean and well-equipped rooms, and the overall enjoyable experience, we felt very comfortable.

The staff is welcoming, the facilities are great, and the spa is relaxing with comfy beds. The package deal was amazing for my partner's birthday. The rooms include spa access and a free minibar with goodies. The spa has beautiful steam rooms, saunas, and hot tubs that can be booked for private slots.

During our stay, we were amazed by the beautiful lobby at Genting Hotel At Resorts World. The receptionist at check-in was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcomed right away. Our suite room was spacious and nicely decorated, with great facilities and an amazing bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries. We also enjoyed dining at the Sky by the Water restaurant, where we had the pleasure of being served by a fantastic waitress named Hannah. She was polite, warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The outdoor pods in the cocktail bar were cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect spot to relax with delicious cocktails. The spa was also a highlight, with a relaxing and friendly atmosphere, and we highly recommend indulging in some pampering treatments. it was a highly enjoyable stay, and we would happily return if ever in the area.

One minor issue we encountered was the lack of signage for the VIP parking, but the reception staff were helpful in guiding us. Additionally, breakfast did not cater well to guests with food intolerances.

The facilities, like the spa and gym area, were amazing and kept incredibly clean. And the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of a bustling shopping center. Plus, the room amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable bed to the in-room safe and mini-bar. my stay here was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I did find a few small drawbacks during my stay. The bedroom decor felt a bit dated, and the carpets were a bit worn.

amazing stay at genting, exceeded all expectations! beautiful art deco stylings, fantastic spa, and exquisite restaurant. staff went out of their way to help, especially the gentleman at the desk. comfy beds, quiet, and modern facilities. highly recommend, will be back for sure!

More milk for tea/coffee would be nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just outside the airport in a shopping mall. The convenience of having everything in one place, like a holiday resort, made it feel like a proper mini holiday. The service was impeccable, from check-in to check-out and everything in between. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was large, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast at the dining restaurant was delicious, with plenty of choices. I also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. this place exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly enjoyable.

The only downside I found was that the receptionist was not very friendly when we had a problem with parking ticket validation. However, I would still recommend this hotel to families because of its great location, excellent service, and luxurious amenities.

I recently stayed at Genting Hotel for a couple of nights. The location was superb, especially for events at the NEC and arena. The staff were all super polite and friendly, and the room and hotel were spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a quick seating and drink service. Great facilities and brilliant service overall.
