The location was perfect, being in a bustling area close to Victoria station in a nice neighborhood. The staff were very friendly accommodating when we had to extend our stay as my mother became ill; they juggled arrangements so that we could keep our ground floor room. The service was superb, from the reception to porter, and they always provided quick service. The amenities in the room were fantastic, having ironing facilities, heating, in-room safe, and free toiletries. The dining restaurant was also top-notch, and we loved the hearty breakfast and special diet menus.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a homely comfort with luxury.
