The staff were very friendly. Well-equipped room, especially the kitchen area. Good size room and powerful shower. Delicious and varied breakfast options.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Residence Inn. The spacious and well-equipped apartment exceeded our expectations. Having a 24-hour Tesco right next door was a convenient bonus. The location, although not central, provided a quieter night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, with easy access to top attractions and shopping. the proximity to Kensington Gardens and the Christmas markets in Hyde Park made for a beautiful holiday experience. Plus, having a giant supermarket right next door was super convenient for stocking up on supplies.

The pictures on the website are very deceiving; the apartments are much smaller than they appear.
