Had a great Christmas stay. Food was top-notch, especially liked the festive afternoon tea and the Christmas dinner. Location was perfect, right by the beach and near all the shops. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. And the complimentary mulled wine and mince pies were a nice touch.

The lounge bar was a nice spot to relax in, and the restaurant looked inviting, although I didn't have a chance to try it. Despite a little confusion over parking, the staff quickly sorted out a space for me. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The only setback during my stay was the bathroom. The shower leaked, causing a puddle on the floor that I had to mop up with a bath towel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was located in such a lovely area, right in the centre of town with easy accessibility to all the facilities. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, as it was just a short distance away. Our room had a fantastic view of the Green and Cliff Parade, and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, with a large and deep bath and a nicely forceful shower. The staff were excellent, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and there were excellent facilities for disabled guests.

The hotel could do with a makeover and more power sockets.
