Great indoor pool area for families to enjoy.

My stay at Hotel Et Motel Le Chateauguay was frustrating due to multiple issues. The room was unexpectedly small and poorly soundproofed, allowing noise and smoke from neighboring units to infiltrate our space. Despite notifying the staff two days prior about wanting to cancel our third night, they refused to issue any partial refund, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances.

Fantastic location just off the 440, with plenty of dining options nearby. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were excellent for family bonding, and the staff was truly accommodating, especially with language support.

Limited breakfast hours could be inconvenient. The parking situation might feel tight and cumbersome if you have a larger vehicle. Room and bathroom cleanliness may not meet everyone's standards after check-in.
