The hotel staff were excellent - always friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The breakfast was lovely and the service was great, despite the busy atmosphere. The location on the shores of the Moray Firth was fantastic, with beautiful sea views from the conservatory restaurant.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds that lead right down to the beach. We loved taking walks along the ocean and enjoying the breathtaking views. The service at this place was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, from a comfortable bed to a flat-screen TV. We especially loved the terrace with its garden furniture, where we could relax and soak up the sunshine. The dining experience was also exceptional, with a delicious buffet breakfast and a restaurant that offered a variety of tasty dishes. our stay here was nothing short of fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay in a very comfortable room with a beautiful view of the beach. The hotel facilities, including the spa and hot tub, were excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was of high quality, cooked well and very tasty.

The view from the room was nice and the bed was comfortable enough. the breakfast was alright, but nothing special. the hotel is located close to the city center which was convenient. the stay was okay.

The staff didn't seem very happy to be there and weren't very attentive. the facilities were outdated and in need of renovation.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. the customer service was excellent and they catered to all our needs. the food was out of this world, with perfectly cooked steak and poached eggs. the spa was definitely worth a visit, and the sunset views from the outdoor hot tub were unforgettable. the location of the hotel was stunning, with peaceful and tranquil surroundings. we had a 5-star experience and we will definitely be back, planning to get a membership for the spa and its rewards.

I have to say, the value for money at this hotel was incredible. The room they gave us was massive, and the beds were so comfortable that we all had the best night's sleep ever. And let's not forget the stunning view and the personalized touches like the newsletter and the chocolate board. The facilities were fantastic, especially the pool and jacuzzi, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Honestly, if it wasn't so far from where we live, we would definitely come back in a heartbeat!
