The room service was a disaster. the room wasn't ready, no maid service for three days, rude staff, and a shortage of towels and trash cans.

We especially enjoyed the heated pool and the comfortable beds. the room was clean and well-maintained, making it a truly enjoyable stay.

The surrounding area could be noisy at times, but that's understandable given the city's location. We also found the breakfast options to be a bit limited, but there were still plenty of tasty things to eat.
