Excellent service and attention to detail. Great atmosphere and history. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was delicious, especially the smoked haddock risotto and chocolate tarte with cinnamon popcorn. The Afternoon Tea was also fantastic. The setting is beautiful and overlooks a scenic lake. I highly recommend Grafton Manor for a unique and enjoyable experience.

The database location was brilliant, with a stunning view of the front and a scenic location overlooking a lake. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, especially Sarah. The breakfast was made from fresh local produce and was amazing, with options like eggs Benedict and French press coffee.

I had an amazing stay at this family-owned converted manor house on the outskirts of Bromsgrove. The owners are popular and still reside on the premises. The hotel has a fascinating history, dating back to Tudor times. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The food at the hotel was cooked to order and of excellent quality. The hotel's location in the Birmingham area was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

Wow! This hidden gem on the outskirts of town is a converted manor house with a rich history dating back to Tudor times. The owners, who still live on the premises, are a popular family and shared interesting stories about the property. The food is cooked to order and delicious, and the bar staff are friendly. The first-floor Parlour with its ornate ceiling and heraldic shield is a must-see, and the outdoor grounds are perfect for hosting events like classic car meets. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and full of character. Definitely planning to return!

The hotel offered great value for money and included a tasty breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to local attractions and nearby shops.

the TV signal was weak and kept losing signal when we moved around the room. These were minor issues, however, and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.
