From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff were friendly and professional, providing a warm and efficient service. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, with a boutique feel and beautiful decor. I particularly loved the little touches, such as the chilled water and fresh milk in a cooler, the generous supply of tea bags, coffee, and nibbles, and the well-placed plug and USB sockets next to the bedside tables. The hotel also had a great fan for those hot nights, a decent-sized TV with a functional remote control, and an excellent restaurant that offered top-notch dining with the best of local produce. The indoor and outdoor dining options were both excellent, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a roundabout in a lovely area easily accessible to the A1. The hotel had a charming terrace with comfortable garden furniture where we enjoyed some relaxing moments. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, a heating system, and a flat-screen TV. The staff, especially Joe the Manager, provided exceptional customer service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The room at Grantham Arms was comfortable and impeccably decorated. The ensuite bathroom was clean and the shower was a good size. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast they served. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with plenty of nearby places to visit and the convenience of being close to the local village and shops. Additionally, its proximity to the M1 motorway makes it easily accessible. A nice walk to the village centre adds to the charm.

The car park at the hotel is not the largest, which may pose a challenge in finding a parking spot during busier times.

we had a great time during our stay! the city where the hotel is located is very pretty and picturesque, with a canal and a river. the hotel is perfectly located and easy to get to, as it is not far from the motorway. the room was really beautiful, with good coffee and tea facilities and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in! the staff were super friendly and always ready to help.

The Wi-Fi in the room was quite poor and there was limited parking available. However, we were able to park our car safely on the road near the hotel and the staff were very helpful in providing information on alternative parking options nearby.

our second visit here and once again the Grantham Arms exceeded our expectations. The staff were understanding and made up an extra bed for our son. The decor was modern and the food and drink were excellent. We can't wait to book one of the new suites for our next stay.

The bed was large and comfy, and the room had all we needed for our stay. The breakfast served by a lovely lady was fantastic, especially the eggs benedict. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The modern bar area was busy throughout our stay.
