I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The in-suite bathrooms were a great convenience, and having a sink in the room made up for the external bathroom. The location of the hotel, just outside of the city center, was ideal as it was quiet yet still conveniently close to all the attractions and amenities that the area has to offer. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel was absolutely delicious, and I loved how they served it on red hot plates, which added an extra touch of warmth and care to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't fault anything.

Celebrating New Year's Eve with clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff, and locally sourced breakfast made it a great stay. the hotel was in an ideal location for exploring the nearby town and taking in the scenic views.

There weren't any hooks for coats in the room. It was also quite warm, but that might have been perfect for those visiting in winter.

Convenient location, walking distance to shops and public transportation. Friendly and helpful hosts, even helped find free parking. Clean and spacious room, with a bathroom solely for our use. Delicious and hot breakfast with a variety of choices. Comfortable beds and welcoming staff.

The location was perfect, being very close to the train station and central to Windermere restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good size shower room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The lounge area was never open during my stay, which was a bit disappointing as I had to sit on the bed to play games and watch TV in the evening, which wasn't very comfortable.
