This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in front of a park is simply delightful, perfect for a peaceful morning stroll. The staff provides excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The rooms have basic amenities, but the big windows facing the park offer lovely views of the countryside. And let's not forget the breakfast, which includes delicious scrambled eggs to start your day off right!

I recently had a brilliant stay at a family-friendly hotel near a park with a children's play area. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. The family room was clean and tidy, and my kids loved the games room and pool. The breakfast was amazing and the location, although far from the city center, was adjacent to a very nice park where the children could play.

The parking situation was a bit challenging, as the hotel had limited space and we had to park on a residential road.

I had a great time at a dated hotel with a lovely view over Falsgrave Park. The rooms were light and airy, and the staff were excellent. I especially enjoyed the facilities like the games room and bar. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Green Gables! The location was perfect - close enough to the bays for fun, but far enough for peace. The entrance and surrounding woods made for a lovely morning walk. The apartment I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and a big bathtub. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The added bonus of a pool and games room made this stay excellent value for money. The ample free parking was also a plus. I highly recommend this charming hotel.

Drawbacks: The only minor inconvenience was the lack of toiletries and kitchen cleaning items provided, but I understand that not every place offers these amenities. Nonetheless, it would have been nice to have them for a quick clean before leaving.

Stayed at Green Gables for our family vacation. It was a great location, not too far from the centre but still quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The rooms were bright, clean, and smelled fresh. The staff gave us a warm welcome and the pool and cooked breakfast were a nice bonus. We also loved that there was a children's play area nearby and a beautiful hill to explore. I had a really pleasant stay at a hotel in Scarborough recently. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk away from the beach and town. It was great for my family, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. We especially enjoyed visiting Scarborough Castle, which was a must-see attraction. The hotel itself had a characterful charm, with spacious communal areas and a nice pool and games room for the kids. The breakfast offered good value for money and the staff were mostly pleasant and helpful. I also appreciated the availability of takeaway menus. I had a nice time and would recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Great Value for Money

We spent Easter in a hotel that had a great family atmosphere. the kids loved the pool and the games room which kept them busy. the hotel was located in a lovely green area and there was a playground nearby where the kids could also play. the room had a bathtub which was great for relaxing after a long day out.

The walk to town was quite far and the breakfast lacked good variety. the exterior of the building was unattractive.

The location was perfect, as it was a 15-minute stroll into town and there was a nice park nearby with a children's play area. We also loved that parking at the hotel was free. a great experience in a nice area with good facilities.
