The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and all the attractions of the city. It was also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get to from wherever you were arriving. The room was comfortable and clean, with ample space for storage. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with lovely-smelling products. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the added romance package made our stay even more special.

The wifi coverage was quite poor, which made it difficult for us to stay connected during our stay.

As bike riders, we loved the facility to securely store our bikes during our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags on both check-in and check-out days. The room was lovely and comfortable, with beautiful beds and linen. The bathroom was impressive, with a bath, shower, and plenty of toiletries. We also enjoyed the warm and cozy room, with the option to open the sash windows for fresh air. The location of the hotel was fantastic, offering a rooftop view of the monument and St James park from our 5th-floor room. The small lift was convenient and made it easy to access our room. the hotel provided a great experience for us as bike riders.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for us as it was right in the heart of the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and the customer service was top-notch. We also loved the range of room amenities, including the tea and coffee facilities and the in-room safe. In addition, the spa and wellness centre was amazing and we had a very relaxing time here.

Had a good stay during Easter weekend. the hotel was located close to popular spots making it convenient to move around and explore. the staff were friendly and helpful. Saw some nice complimentary snacks in the room, which was a good surprise. Enjoyed the breakfast as well. A variety of food made available which was delicious.
