The staff here are absolutely amazing, so cheerful and attentive. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is undergoing some refurbishments, but you wouldn't even know it - everything is so clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of town and close to all the attractions. great value for money!

The room was spacious with an extra single bed and the bathroom had all necessary toiletries. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beachfront, pier, restaurants, and shops. The bar had live music on Friday night and the Pizzeria served decent food. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

royal exeter hotel truly exceeded my expectations during this stay in bournemouth. the helpful reception staff, spacious rooms, and central location made strolling to the sea, gardens, and shops delightful. the delicious meals and lovely vip area for pre-dinner cocktails were a great touch.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the warm welcome I received at reception. The room, although a little dated, was clean and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as I attended a concert at BIC which was just a stone's throw away. The bar had a beautiful decor and was a great place to unwind after the concert. it was a great experience.

Additionally, the hotel had free onsite parking and a bar with a happy hour where we could get half-price cocktails. it was a great stay.

We did encounter some noise from a nearby event on one of the nights, which disturbed our sleep.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, right across from the BIC and close to the town center and beach. The staff were friendly and kind, always greeting us with a smile and saying hello or good morning. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous.
