Despite some negative reviews, I found it to be a little gem. Our room, although in the basement, was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from Oxford Street and Marble Arch, with plenty of coffee shops, a newsagent, and a pub nearby. Plus, we even bumped into a few famous people during our walks!

Nothing that I didn't like.

The value for money was great, with a cozy room that had everything I needed. The location was fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and transportation easily accessible. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

The breakfast selection could have been improved, maybe adding more options for guests to choose from.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to Oxford Street and public transportation options nearby. the breakfast provided was tasty, with a friendly staff member who made fresh omelettes and toasted bread. the service at the hotel was good overall, with helpful staff members.

The room was quite small and the bathroom was even smaller, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the noise from the street could be disturbing, as the windows were not soundproof.

The value for money at Chapter - Griffin House Hotel was excellent, and the room was comfy and perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location was ideal, close to the Marble Arch Underground Station, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could be improved with more variety of options.
