I stayed at Europa House Apartments for 5 nights and had an excellent experience. The welcome and reception by Mr. Nunu was top-notch. The cleaning staff was efficient and provided fresh, sparkling towels and bedding. The apartment itself was elegant and spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed and a fully-fitted modern kitchen. The beautifully landscaped private gardens were a lovely addition. The staff even provided lactose-free milk, grain bread, and feta cheese upon request. it was a wonderful stay.

Fully equipped kitchen, close to supermarkets and restaurants/cafes. Cozy, comfortable beds. Secure underground car park. Would stay again.

The apartment was well-stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, and the fridge even had bottles of milk. The duty manager provided excellent service by promptly fixing the Wi-Fi issue. The location was nice, clean, and quiet, with great breakfast options nearby. The property also provided a bottle of champagne for New Year's Eve, which was a nice touch.

Great location close to transport and amenities. Our apartment was spacious and had modern amenities such as a washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen.

The concierge was not available on weekends and the furniture was outdated, making it difficult to access the closet. The overall appearance of the hotel was uninviting.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, being near a tube station and in a nice residential area. the staff were welcoming and accommodating.

The apartment we stayed in had a weird old/dusty smell and outdated furniture.
