A super place to stay in the Birmingham area, with convenient access to the APH car park for the airport. The hotel is located in the city centre, offering easy access to various restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, with clean and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is tasty. The hotel also offers a lift and a pleasant view from some rooms. a great choice for a business stay in the area.

The choice of music in the restaurant could be improved.

My wife and I had a fantastic weekend at Grimscote Manor. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and the room was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the traditional English breakfast and the lovely lounge area. The free upgrade to the Bridal Suite was also a pleasant surprise, with a large and comfortable bed. The staff were all attentive and the Assistant Manager, Georgie, even arranged a taxi for us to the nearby Genting Arena. a warm and cosy overnight stay that we will definitely be back for.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to have breakfast an hour earlier to fit my schedule. The food options were excellent, surpassing many restaurants I've been to, and the breakfast was particularly fantastic. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The deluxe room we stayed in was superb, with a comfortable queen-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and ample tea and coffee supplies. The toiletries provided were of good quality, and the Omega 3 breakfast was delicious, especially with the abundance of smoked salmon.

There was one aspect that could be improved. The bathroom had some issues and there were clear noises coming from the adjacent room.

The location was perfect, surrounded by lovely grounds and woodland. Parking was easy to find and there were good transportation options nearby. The breakfast was tasty and the tea and coffee facilities were nice. it was a great experience.

The room was beautifully decorated and contemporary, with a nice layout and ample space. It was also exceptionally clean. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which was wonderful, and had a drink in the bar area beforehand. The breakfast, served in a cozy and comfortable separate room, was delicious. The staff, especially the young lady who escorted us to our room and served us at dinner, were friendly and extremely helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was really good, had great water pressure. the location was fantastic, near to the convention center which made it easy to get to our event. the decoration was nice and cozy, and they had beautiful trees which made the environment more pleasant.

The staff wasn't so friendly, not rude, but not very warm or welcoming. the food was not great, it was dry and unappetizing, we didn't enjoy it very much.
