The staff were top-notch, friendly, and helpful. The full English breakfast was cooked to perfection, especially the black pudding. The dining room had a tranquil view of the gardens.

There were a few minor inconveniences during the stay. there was no elevator in the hotel, which could be problematic for guests with mobility issues.
