I recently stayed at this hotel for the Harrods ball and was pleasantly surprised by the unique design and ambiance. The staff was extremely helpful, from the concierge to the receptionist. The bedroom was comfortable, and I particularly loved the spacious bed and luxurious shower/bath. The hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness was impressive. The food was delicious, and overall, I had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and memorable stay.

The Grosvenor House Hotel was everything we dreamed of and more. The staff made everything perfect, even during renovations. Free wifi and parking provided as a goodwill gesture. They thoughtfully sent a baby pack to the room for our granddaughters. On our wedding day, we were treated like celebrities and had a lovely drink with guests. Beautiful bouquet of flowers upon checkout. The room was bigger than expected with a great view and the breakfast was amazing. Comfy bed and convenient coffee shop in-house.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is excellently maintained and its location near Hyde Park is a major plus. The check-in staff were courteous and the concierge, especially Edward, was incredibly helpful. The classic style of the hotel created a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being in a very nice area by Hyde Park and directly across from the park. It was also close to Marble Arch tube stop, making transportation very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with our room being spotless and the towels changed frequently. The hotel facilities were elegant and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the JW Steakhouse, which provided a relaxing place to have a very good meal after a busy day. The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. They were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, making us feel welcomed and ensuring that our every need was met.

The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious, with an amazing selection of treats and unlimited beverages. the staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to shopping areas and tourist attractions.

On the downside, the quality of the bathroom towels and bathrobes was poor, and the room we stayed in looked worn and outdated.

I gotta say, this hotel was worth every penny! The room was clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and fresh towels. And the location? Right smack in the center of everything! Plus, the staff treated us like royalty, from the warm welcome to the prompt response to all our needs. We'll definitely be coming back!

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. The hotel was excellent about changing the reservation and were very kind and accommodating. The staff went out of their way to make my husband's birthday weekend fantastic. We received a hand written card, a free cheesecake, a small toy for our son, and an artist's rendition of the Beatles. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel!
