The charming hotel had a lovely breakfast menu and was conveniently located near the town center and wedding venues. the sun terrace was a great spot to relax; we thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility it offered. Not having a bar wasn't an issue for us; they had a shared wine fridge for keeping drinks cool. A top-notch stay overall! 🌞.

They gave us great advice on where to eat and what to see in the area. the location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and attractions.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! the hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. the house was beautifully decorated, spotless, and spacious, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, ensuring that we started our day right. the central location of the hotel allowed us easy access to everything in Ilfracombe, making it a convenient base for exploring the town.

The room could get a bit warm at times, especially during hot weather. While the hosts provided a fan to help with this, opening the windows could invite in some noise from roosting seagulls at night.

The kids loved the on-site play area and games room. the spacious family rooms were cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home.

For dads, it would be great to have more outdoor family activities.

We had a fantastic stay at Grosvenor House Bed & Breakfast. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and modern en-suite. Andrew, our host, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with useful information and recommendations for the local area. the breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. the location of the B&B was ideal, with easy access to the beaches, harbour, and town. we couldn't have asked for a better experience and we will definitely be returning in the future.

As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff and offered a delicious cream tea. The accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with personal touches. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions such as the beaches, harbour, and high street.

For the first night, our room had a small bathroom and a slightly complicated shower. However, we were pleased that on the second day, we were given a room with a larger bathroom that also had a bath and a straightforward shower.

The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the breakfast served was always hot and there was plenty to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions and amenities in the city. We could easily walk to the town centre, the high street, the harbour, and the restaurants. our experience in this city was delightful, thanks to the hotel and its wonderful hosts.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to cater to different dietary preferences. The location was also perfect, close to all the main attractions. Despite a minor issue with the room temperature and some seagull noise, the hosts were quick to provide solutions and ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Grosvenor House for a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.
