My stay at Reef & Beach Resort - Spa was absolutely amazing. The room I had was on the first floor and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was a good size and right next to the beach, which was perfect for relaxation. The pool and jetty bar were well stocked and the cocktails were refreshing. The highlight of my stay was the complimentary village tour with Abdul, who made the village visit very interesting and engaging. The staff, especially Abdul and Silvana the manager, were exceptional and made sure everything was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

There were some minor inconveniences during my stay, such as old towels and chipped glasses and plates. The water in the rooms was refilled in bottles, although not a major issue.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was great fun with plenty of lounger availability. The bar on the water is in a beautiful setting. The room was big and had A/C and a ceiling fan. Wifi quality was reasonable for Zanzibar standards.

our stay at the resort was incredible. the colors of the ocean were stunning and we couldn't help but extend our stay. the resort itself was well-maintained and had everything we needed, from comfortable rooms to a great variety in buffet meals. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. we will definitely be back here.

Room cleaning service was delayed.

I had an amazing time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the ocean with a private beach. The beach area was excellent, with mesmerizing turquoise water and clean sparkling sand. It was so nice to walk hand in hand with my family along the warm knee-deep water. The staff at this place were superb, providing excellent service and making our stay truly memorable. They went out of their way to accommodate us and even organized a special celebration for my daughter's birthday, complete with a cake cutting ceremony. The entertainment, including belly dancing performances, added to the fun and enjoyable atmosphere.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation.

The occasional internet and water outages.

The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were nice touches. The location was pretty good, close to the beach and city center. The view from the rooftop bar was also pretty cool.

The room was really dirty and had a musty smell. There were bugs everywhere, especially in the bathroom.

The resort is spacious with a variety of hangout spots. The area is even more stunning in person. Rooms are cleaned daily and provided with fresh water. The friendly staff is always ready to assist. Activities by the animation team cater to both kids and adults.
