Fabulous period building, warm, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, four poster bed.

The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated with a traditional touch, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary mini wines and robes. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh fruit, tea, and toast. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bath!

Stayed at this amazing B&B for a few nights and everything was perfect. Beautiful house with impeccable decor and fittings. The entrance hall was mind-blowing, filled with history. The bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities including complimentary wine. The host, Richard, was the nicest and funniest we've encountered. His genuine hospitality and easy manner made our stay memorable. Convenient location and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location, on the edge of the city center, provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being easily accessible to all the attractions. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the underfloor heating in the bathroom and the complimentary wine and snacks in the room, were a delightful addition to the stay.

grosvenor villa in bath was even better than before. the breakfast was delicious and beautifully served in a lovely dining room. the host richard made our stay special and the house was elegantly decorated, especially the stunning hallway. can't wait to return!

We felt like we were living in a different era, and Richard, our host, was charming and friendly. The bed was simply gorgeous and luxurious, and the bathroom was stunning. The whole place was simply lovely. Despite a small inconvenience of the bathroom being located down some stairs, everything else about our stay was perfect. I highly recommend Grosvenor Villa for its character, cleanliness, comfort, and excellent value for money.

We loved being close to the river, it provided beautiful scenery and a lovely atmosphere. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV. The terrace and garden furniture were a nice touch, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.
