We had a comfortable stay at this B&B, which is conveniently located just off the seafront near Brighton pier. The room was clean and well-equipped, with complementary coffee, tea, and water provided. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent, with a full English option and vegetarian choice available. We also enjoyed the lovely dining room and the spotless property.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is very clean and has great facilities. The location in the Kemptown area is excellent, as it is very close to the Pier and everything else in the city. It is also near the station, making it convenient for transportation. The breakfast provided was amazing, with high-quality ingredients. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Had a great Easter stay at this B&B. the hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. They provided us with great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which made our visit even more enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and filled us up for the day. Plus, the room was very clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the sea from the window.

We found the parking situation to be quite challenging. It was difficult to find a nearby spot and we had to make a lot of trips to and from the hotel to move the car.
