The Italian restaurant at Guys was absolutely amazing, worth the extra cost. The staff were friendly and attentive, always with a smile on their faces. The food was top-notch, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi bath in our room, a nice touch for a romantic getaway. On top of that, the staff at the hotel were pleasant and well-mannered, despite being busy.

The limited availability of table reservations in the main restaurant was a downside, forcing us to dine in the attached pub restaurant.

Lovely location in the countryside next to canal, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-kept, comfy and clean room, delicious and reasonably priced meals.

We came for a relaxing night away and were delighted by the charming atmosphere at this cute hotel. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing meal at the on-site Italian restaurant. The staff were friendly and engaging, and the service was impressively fast. The bar offered a great selection of beers and hearty meals. Everything about our stay was lovely, from the exceptional food to the fantastic staff.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a fantastic stay in this lovely hotel by the canal. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

The restaurant had a great menu with plenty of options to choose from and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and there were plenty of nearby attractions to visit.

Though the rooms were clean and comfortable, there was some noise that could be heard from other rooms and outside the hotel. the service in the restaurant was a bit slow and not very efficient.

The bed was comfortable and spacious. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful in locating our room and party venue. The village was charming, situated alongside a canal. The location, ambiance in the evening, and green areas were enjoyable. The cost of the room was reasonable.
