We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff gave us a warm welcome with a refreshing welcome drink. The location here is quite convenient as it is in the 'upper' area of town, which means you get a great view while dining on the terrace in the restaurant. They also offer room service and laundry services which is convenient. We were especially delighted to be given an early check-in.

As a tourist, I loved the grand stone-floored reception area with comfortable sofas. The friendly receptionist accommodated my early arrival and even brought me a cup of tea while I waited for my room. The spacious and clean room offered a fantastic view of Wadi Musa and the outer rocks of Petra. The double bed with fresh linen and multiple pillows was a luxury compared to the hostels I had stayed in. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with good temperature and pressure. The buffet breakfast for JOD 6.00 was worth it with a range of thirty different cold dishes and the option for a custom omelette. The hotel's rooftop terrace provided an incredible view of the sunset.

If there was one thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children of the staff to be a bit more attentive and respectful. Sometimes, they seemed a bit preoccupied or unaware of the needs of older guests.
