The food at Hadley Park House was outstanding! I ordered a burger for dinner and it was absolutely amazing, one of the best I have ever had. The quality of the food was top-notch. The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating. I had to spend some time working in the bar area in the morning and was pleasantly surprised to find coffee readily available. This made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located away from the main town centre which is a short ride away, providing a peaceful atmosphere. It is right next to an event, making it convenient for attendees. The restaurant lives up to everything we had heard, with delicious food and attentive service. The rooms are lovely, with spacious bathrooms and a well-equipped coffee and tea station. The staff is efficient and accommodating, even providing breakfast to take away. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet and there is a nice outdoor space.

Some areas of the hotel, particularly the communal areas, felt a little dated and mismatched in the hallways.

The staff accommodated our request for a private dining room, breakfast was freshly cooked, and the rooms were immaculately clean. The unexpected jet bath in our bathroom was a nice addition. The hotel promptly resolved a billing issue and allowed us a late checkout when one of us wasn't feeling well.

Spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and overall had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and the surroundings were nice and peaceful. They offer delicious canapés upon arrival and there was a lovely Christmas dinner on the big day. The location was key, being in close proximity to local attractions and amenities.

Some of the staff could benefit from customer service training as some were a bit rude. And unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at least twice a night, interrupting our sleep.
